As part of GO WEST we host a tradeshow which is affectionately known as The Experiential Hall. This is an experience not to be missed. It is a place for planners to meetup, take in workshops, and get connected with resources like yours.

For GO WEST 2020 we are designing the hall for 100 exhibit spaces. We require that experiential elements be incorporated into every exhibit space throughout the hall. The Experiential Hall runs on the morning of Tuesday, January 21 from 09:00 to 13:00.

Please note: Exhibitors will not receive a post-event list of attendees. These lists are provided to cash sponsors only.

WHY EXHIBIT AT GO WEST?

Isn’t coming to Edmonton in the middle of January reason enough? If not, here are some more:

  • Most of our planner attendees do not attend other major industry events.

  • Buying planners/producers represent 60-70% of our attendees.

  • Our ‘cost per prospect’ is one of the lowest in our industry.

  • We are the only large-scale industry event held annually west of Toronto.

  • Our buying planners/producers are hungry to connect with you and your resources.

EXHIBITOR FEES

10’ x 10’ booth $1,500 CAD (approx. $1,150 USD)
10’ x 20’ booth $3,000 CAD (approx. $2,300 USD)
20’ x 20’ booth $6,000 CAD (approx. $4,600 USD)

These exhibitor fees provide access for your staff to participate in THE EXPERIENTIAL HALL only. Exhibitor staff will need to register to further experience GO WEST 2020. Your staff will receive a 50% discount on their registrations (applicable on $950 regular rate only).

These fees are subject to increase without notice.
