As part of GO WEST we host a tradeshow which is affectionately known as The Experiential Hall. This is an experience not to be missed. It is a place for planners to meetup, take in workshops, and get connected with resources like yours.

For GO WEST 25 we are designing the hall for 80 exhibit spaces. We require that experiential elements be incorporated into every exhibit space throughout the hall. The Experiential Hall runs on the morning of Tuesday, February 4 from 9:00am to 1:30pm.

Please note: Exhibitors will not receive a post-event list of attendees. These lists are provided to our sponsors only.

All exhibit booth staff must be registered to access The Experiential Hall. Registration rates as follows:

Full GO WEST Registration - $720
